600wog Medical Gas Ball Valves with Extensions
High Quality Brass Ball Valve

This valve is a 3 piece ball-type design with a brass body and chrome plated brass ball for sizes 1/4" to 4". Seats are PTFE.
A blow-out proof stem is used for the valve. The maximum pressure rating is 600 psi.
All valves are equipped with type "K" washed and degreased copper pipe stub extensions of sufficient length to protrude beyond the sides of the box.
The entire valve body and pipe stubs are chrome plated to a minimum of 1" [25 mm] beyond the sides of the back box.
All pipe stub extensions are supplied with suitable plugs and caps to prevent contamination of the assembly prior to installation.

Machining Process

We control the material of PTFE and stainless steel wires per customer's request.

Some are from Japan and Taiwan, some are from China local. Only choose high quality material.

We test leakage of each roll before braiding, then we cut 300mm and crimp it to test

burst pressure after brading.

We use CNC Lathes Machine for end fittings production. Machine system, knife and inspection

tools are all imported from Japan.

We use Techmaflex Crimping Machine which is imported from France. This machine has

accurate and stable performance for crimping because it is produced for PTFE hose crimping only.
